This project draws on the concept of the road movie, using the journey itself as a narrative structure. Composed of empty landscapes along the road and fragments of monologue, it takes the form of a stream-of-consciousness diary, presented through film stills and projected subtitles. The focus is not on where I am going, but on what unfolds along the way. The road becomes both a physical space and a metaphor for migration and the search for belonging. As this drifting journey continues, it gradually leads me toward an anarchist ideal. I find myself caught between utopia and reality, constantly wavering between the desire for freedom and the constraints of the world as it is. Rather than bringing me closer to an answer, the journey takes me further into uncertainty. Eventually, I arrive at an extreme state of void and serenity, a place where I learn to embrace the nothingness of it all: an American Dream that I may never reach.
